Swiss manufacturer of adhesive application systems Robatech Group has announced the acquisition of sales and service organization Ikiler Ticaret in Turkey. With the current acquisition, the group now has 14 daughter companies worldwide and is represented with additionally 32 agencies.
The Ikiler owners and Robatech have signed an agreement to take over 100% of the shares of Ikiler Company into the Robatech Group, in August 2012.
Post acquisition, the name of Ikiler was consequently changed to Robatech Tutkal Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret.
Robatech manufactures adhesive application systems for varied applications in hot melt and also in cold glue.
